MAKE USELESS LOOK GOOD

I have loads of ugly words to describe their service but rather wont use them here. I will advise every person i know to NEVER take a contract from them, in my 40 years i never experienced such useless people. After a week we had to call them as they advised the contract was approved and another week later we still did not hear from them again, after 2 weeks since applying for the contract we received a call to advise us what colours they have, so we choose a colour and the phone will be delivered on friday, on friday morning we get another call to advise us that they dont have that colour we must choose another colour qnd they will deliver om monday, its monday, Ram couldnt find the company at fourways crossing so they did not deliver, my husband calles vodacom to cancel, and guess what, this is the most helpfull they hqve been in this whole two weeks, they couldnt cancel the contract quick enough, if they atleast tried qnd assist is to get the phone today we would have been ok with it, my husband is off tomorrow and they not going to deliver to bonaero, so he cancelled the contract, no is there anything we cqn do to fix this nothing, they were just to happy to cancel the contract. What does that tell you about Vodacom?? They dont want clients, they rather want to get rid of them....i was speechless when they were just to happy to cancel, and you cant even call anyone to complain, even if you call head office and advice them you, they just send you back to the call centre and if you ask for a supervisor or manager, they are never available. All we wanted was a phone, and all we got was VERY BAD SERVICE, VERY DISGUISTED WITH VODACOM
