Ii is really disappointing for a big corporate like Vodacom to do its Business without ethics and customer empathy.
So I loaded a 1GB data on my work data number, and I later found out that I shouldn't have done that, as I won't be able to use it. So I called their service Desk, helped by Amanda at Business Enterprises who seemed to be wearing a I don't care, I don't know, I don't promise kinda attitude at work today (21 May 2021).
Amanda said I can't be refunded because the money is not in their account, needless to say that it is not true. So at the end she referred me to my employer, who candidly informed me that this was not the 1st case and people usually are taken for a ride by vodacom, who are unsuspectingly loading data that they can't use on their work numbers until it expires but Vodacom's coffers are getting even fatter *********ly so.
I plead with Vodacom to change this way of business, cheating on hardworking class in society.
PLEASE PAY MY MONEY BACK AND "PLEASE CALL ME"

I am really disappointed with your one-way resolve, and in no way I will personally commit my money to anything that says Vodacom, I hope you loose this Government contract worth billions but unwilling to refund R85, capitalists ***s!

21 May 2021, 15:24This is really high-ended, I wonder how you treat your employees if this is how customers are handled. You are simply *******, never want to pay anything, all I ask is my hard-earned R85 for data that is lying idle and I can not use.
The money is in Vodacom's bank account, no service or product in return, what do you call that? All this reflects on people on top and they have a reputation for this high-ended approach when it comes to stakeholders. and The audacity to ask me rate you, even a poor rating its not worth my time.
Shops (Woolworths, pick n pay, furniture stores, makros etc) refund customers whenever they can't offer a service back for their money, but not this cooperate monopolistic ***** bully
