My cell phone ***) has been suspended for more than a week, despite sending all proofs of payments to the relevant departments, as requested. My account is not in arrears and yet nobody has been able to sort out this major *****up?????

25 Nov 2024, 08:44Dear Vodacom. A consultant contacted me and requested that I send the proof of payment for the alleged missed payment to him. However, that was almost a week ago and still my cell phone contract remains suspended!!!!!!!!!! I've had this contract for 30+ years, and I am seriously disappointed in Vodacom for the first time!!
