Magical Vodacom Network Connectivity
<p>I'm merely saying it must be magic because it keeps on dissapearing. </p> <p>I moved from MTN to Vodacom two weeks ago because of bad service just to find out that Vodacom is even worse. It took the Vodacom team 5 days to port my number to the new sim and till date I still have horrible voice connectivity. There is zero calls coming to my phone I only receive sms's saying I recived a missed call and all of this after I phoned the Vodacom call centre about 6 or 7 time just to hear from the consultant that the issue is either sorted or there is nothing wrong. </p> <p>Is there a Mobile service provider in SA that can actually provide the service they promise on their adverts......... </p>

Dear Non Existing Service Provider,
I have still not received a call back, so I took it upon myself to call the call centre again and again. Even after a service ticket has been raised there was nothing done. The technician was suppose to call me back within 24 hours according to the call centre consultant. It is now 3 days later and still no call.
And to top it off the little internet connection that I had is no gone aswell. Thanks to this useless vodacom sim my phone is just a paperweight.
Can anyone suggest a network provider that does not suck this much.
