MADE ME SUFFER

<p>i took my broken phone to mhlanga repair centre an they told me they were going to phone once their technician has looked at the phone four days later without feed i called them and i had to come collect my device so i could claim from my insurance when i finaly got time from work to go there they tell me they dint have my phone they got ****** and i asked them why did they not notify us not to collect our phones,asked what was to happen next they said again i must just wait for their call 4 day later i phone to ask they say there is nothing they can i must wait again course i needed the broken phone to claim a new . i then dicided to phone the insurance people for them to advise me they said i must ask for the repair centre to write me a lattter explaining what happed which i did on monday and they said they will get back to me but nothing i called again on the 24th only to be sent a letter that is not signed the insurance said they will not take it if not signed i had to spend half my day on the fone busy with black listing a phone i ddnt even loose.then the insurance people finaly said i can go to any voda sgop and get a new phone when i got there i had to spend 3 hours becourse the when they called mhlanga repairs to find out if they can give me a phone they couldnt own and give a straight answer yet they there onces who had my devise.i have never beeen so angry i had so say mean things jus so can get a new phone yet i have never missed a single payment for may debit order i had to go from th 15th to the 24th without a reliable phoneand im due to renew my contract but i will not and my entere family will be cancelling their contract as for every person i meet i will warn them of vodacom</p>
