Made for Summer - VodaCON????

I have decided to re-submit this compliant - since all I got was a the std " a consultant will get in contact with you" which never happened

What a con, as a Vodacom customer for over 24 years . the first time I have ever been actually offered / given a "reward" or "gift" for renewing my contract with Vodacoms "Made For Summer Promotion" after being told on many occasions that my submissions of the most onerous applications to try and register for my Travel Voucher I still don't have it and it would seem never will. Most disappointed and not likely to renew my other 2 contracts due for renewal soon . Tired of being taken advantage of. 

P0rridge: So I wonder if the dropped call I received yesterday was the feeble attempt at "contact in due course"? or if this is just more lip-service
