Macro Cape Gate Vodacom Incompetence

The vodacom couner at makro cape gate took 6 days not to finalise my contract then when I got fed up and told them I do not want to wait anymore they have loaded 3 quotes in my name making it impossible to get anothe vodacom contract at another store. They fo not answer their phones so I had to go back to the store to get them to cancel it. I went back and forth propably 5 times during the time and spent more than 3 hours to try and sort this out. I suspect it might be a competence issue as the one.contract was already loaded tuesday this week and they wer not aware of this fact and wer still trying to load the contracts.
