Hi i would like to complain about vodacom a gain .i had phone contract at vodacom i went to nearest vodacom shop to pay they checked me on their system they said my balance is R1156 i paid all that amount then they gave me a proff of payment they said paid up letter i will get it after 3 to 7 days i wait friday 25 june i call them for paid up letter they said i will get it in 24 hours which is monday i call them now they say i am owing R1600 i must cleare that amount so that they can give me paid up letter vodacom is a stress because i went there to clear on the 15 june 2021 they didn't tell me all my balance why because i had money that time to cleare my account whose fault is this now vodacom is *****ed really no man please hellopeter help me to get my clearance letter.
