M-pesa money not reflecting after 3 weeks.

I opened an mpesa account inside Vodaworld and was very effectively helped. However when I deposited money via EFT it was not deposited in the account. I logged a query with them 2 days later and now after 2.5 weeks later I had to phone back and there is still no feedback' \it is with IT"and \""the manager is not around\"" and they \""can't transfer me to IT as this is a call centre\"" <br> If this is the kind of service they offer I just want my money back and not anything to do with them"""
