m-pesa is a joke

Someone send me eft via m-pesa last week and today I haven't receive the money. I called 111 number and the consultant refered me to checkers or pep and they said they don't know about it.i called 111 Agian and I was told to phone ***, I did, Thanks To busi Who Gave Me Wrong Information And No Solution. After that I was told to register online and go to vodashop, and I did that and they didn't give me any solution again.thanks Vodacom I have been made to run around with all my petrol thanks to *********** staff and m-pesa. Now I know why nedbank terminated the partnership
