Lying vodacom 4u consultants

On 25 October I went to go get my daughter a contract iPhone 13 at the vodacom4u branch in vangate mall cape town, I was helped by Ilyaas(consaltant). Upon looking and finding the iPhone I was told by Ilyaas to take the OPPO Reno5 because it's the "same, if not better then a iPhone". I don't have much knowledge of phones and took the phone. Later on the same date I went back with my daughter to try and exchange it, but according to the manager she couldn't help to get the iPhone that my daughter wanted. No return policy, no cool down period, according to the branch manager. No help...
