Lying to get sales and ***** money

I was told 2 months ago that they want to migrate me to a cheaper package and i will keep everything i get now. R120 cheaper. For the 2nd month in a row now you have billed me R120 more then what i use to pay. I want a refund and my contract canceled. I am done dealing with snakes like vodacom.
