Lying to customers
<p>Vodacom does not take Hello Peter complaints seriously! I added a review about Vodacom's bad service. They responded by saying a consultant will contact me to sort out the problem, but I have not been contacted. They obviously just respond with a generic answer to increase their response stats!</p>
