Lying to clients to make target and rob us off our hard earned money
I signed for a contract in 2023, which was falsely advertised. After an attempt to cancel i ended with a contract i did not want. June 2024 i get a call from a consultant offering a better deal stating that i will pay the same amount for more data and less sms's however 4 months later i realise ive been getting charged an additional 200 rands. I repeatedly asked the sales person whether my monthly installment would change and they kept confirming that everything will stay as is. I called to log a query on the 25th October and was promised feedback within a week. And yet again my bill is high. RCO582470 please sort this out as i also want my refund
