Lying to clients and selling wrong products

My father wanted extra data on his cellphone contract, Eileen from Vodacom Nigel sold him a modem which he didnt want, when she gave it to my father he told get she doesnt want it. He just wanted extra data every month on his contract added. Only to find out afterwards the modem is faulty, Eilene send it in fir repairs which she told my father his left over data will not be lost! Geuss What???? All his sata is zero whdn he got it back.
