LYING TO AVOID REPAIRS TO PHONE UNDER WARRANTY

I sent my phone for repairs after it went blank after I connected it to my laptop to charge. I sent it to Pinetown Vodacom and they forwarded it to Umhlanga Vodacom. They returned it saying it had water damage. I called them and they avoided my calls and when I finally got some-one who claimed they were manager who refused to give me her name, she told me there was nothing she could do if the engineers concluded that. I asked to speak to her superior and she hung up, when I called back they dropped the phone in my ear as soon as they realised it was me again!! I was appalled and felt disgusted that customers could receive such service.

My phone has never been in water and I surely wouldn't send my phone for repairs after water damage. I know for a fact that they are now avoiding me and hope I would just go away. Vodacom you should just take responsibility because I will not stop until my phone is fixed. I use my phone to make a living and I have been without a phone for two weeks now and I am really upset that you would say you will get back to me and never do!
