Lying- *******

I did an upgrade a while ago, and chose a phone, firstly the package I wanted was not available, then a agent got back to me saying that I could get the same phone for a little bit more, which I agreed to, because I could still afford it, but when my debit order stopped going through, I when I called Vodacom, the amount was something totally different and I am paying for things I never excepted or asked for. I then called and email Vodacom numerous times, without them coming back to me or attempting to help. My daughter got exactly the same phone from a different supplier and is not even paying half. Vodacom is selling products under false pretenses. If I knew that this was the case I would have never taken the phone.
