Pathetic lying ********!

Got contacted by Vodacom in December 2019, via their telephonic sales Reps, informing me of Data increases to my contract, I asked repeatedly if any cost would be incurred to my account, which i was told multiple times it won't. My account was migrated to a higher bundle without any consent given,

I have been trying months to resolve the matter telephonically, in store everywhere possible without any results
