Lying consultants

I ordered a lenovo miix 310 last week from them, stating ot was quite urgent. They told me it would be there the Wednesday. I phoned Wednesday and was told no it will definately be there Friday. Phoned again Friday and was told its not there they dont really know when it will be there. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold and the line was dropped. Phoned again and got through to the manager where i told him of my situation. He didnt answer me he just put the phone down in my ear. When i spoke to a third lady and asked if they had any idea when ot would arrive she said they dont know they havnt spoken to the stock area when i asked if i should use another service provider she said that it sounds like a good idea
