Lying and dishonest at Vodashop Savanna Mall

Too bad I have to give a star. In the shop they ****, I cant downgrade one of my contract(I have 4). The one is about to upgrade but was told to come back later to downgrade. When I call (082135), I get to hold on for 25+ minutes to try and do this. Never ending story with them. Never got sms about the downgrade. I got a order number..? As soon as the contract is done I will cancel them, one by one. Pathetic service
