Lwazi's bad attitude
So I recharge my account on Friday with R50 and get a few free rands extra (which usually gets used up by the net) at this point I have R55 and some change. After a few hours I decide to convert the airtime to data because I didn't have much left. I check my balance and to my surprise, there's only R18. I immediately call Vodacom to find out where my airtime went, I've had the problem of data disappearing before but never airtime. I get through to a consultant by the name of Noxolo and she tells me that I have subscriptions and that's where my airtime went. I know that's bull because I am extremely careful of signing up for unnecessary things and more importantly, my airtime stays for weeks every other time and now miraculously, it's gone. Noxolo said that she can cancel the subscriptions and send a service request to have my airtime refunded. I give the ok for both and she says that I will be refunded within 3 to 24 hours. Today I call Vodacom back to advise them that I have not received my airtime. I speak to Xoli who says I was sent a message by the back office to respond with my complaint so she can't help me. I told Xoli that I called to complain and was told that this will be resolved in 3 to 24 hours, I was not told about also complaining in writing to get my problem solved. I said I will not go through this again and I am not putting the phone down until my airtime is back in my account, Xoli said she cant help me. I then ask to speak to a manager and Lwazi comes to the phone, does not even greet and still has the nerve to cut me off while I'm speaking. Lwazi then starts shouting at me, when I tell her to stop shouting at me, she says she hasn't begun shouting. When I tell her that I want my airtime back she said no, she won't do that. I told her that she needs to listen to the call from Friday and she said she will call me back. The attitude from Lwazi is appalling to say the least. I don't even know if she's an actual manager or just a colleague of Xoli's. I can't believe that a manager has an attitude like that and conveniently there was no other manager around for me to speak to. Lwazi said that there are no managers around because its a holiday. I said it is not a holiday and she said it is for them. In all my years, Christmas eve has never been a public holiday. I've had it up to my eye***** with Vodacom. I cannot continue to deal with such an *********** service provider. As soon as I can, I'm porting to a different network!
