Luigi stil missing in actoin.

<p>After upgrading on 1 Jun 2016, my phone was defected, reporting and collecting my phone it took one and a half months. They collected the defect phone on 10 August 2016. I have sent an email to Luigi on the 12th of September 2016 to enquire when I can expect to receive my phone back. Still no answer and it is 13 October 2016. It appears I only get a respons when I report it on Hellopeter. Why do I have to pay for a contract if I don't get service.</p>
