Luck of transparency

No services at all, last month router didnt work, after multiple calls to customer care there tec team manage to assist, again starting in the 6th of May 2026, Sim not working again in router went to the store they test my Sim in there router Sim works only to find out vodacom has my router on the discontinue list of which I got from them on my last upgrade, a service request was log an I was informed it will be for delivery of new router only to find out that's not wat the request is about but just mention my trouble I have with router, listen to the voice recording also
