LTE2 does not work

Good Day There seems to be a problem with this new Lte2 connection that was enabled on my phone. When I make calls and when I recieve calls I can hear them but they cannot hear me. If I switch to 3G it works fine. Could you please look into this and fix it or switch me back to normal 4G. This issue is on both my simcards. Thank you.
