LTE to Fibre

Almost a year ago i ask vodacom for a LTE data pakage with a router untill Fibre gets installed in my area. I then ask if fibre gets installed will i be able to upgrade to fibre and the answer was yes. Now they tell me i can not. I have to take out another contract. To cancel or down grade the LTF is unbelievebly expensive. Very unhappy. I am with vodacom all my life but i will not be for much longer.
