LTE that never arrived in 3 working days

I ordered a router installation from Vodacom on the 27th January 2021 (Wednesday) it got approved on the 28th January 2021. I was told that before my installation I would be getting a free 100GB LTE to use while I wait for them to install my wifi router. This was to be delivered within 3 working days. On Friday the 29th January 2021 I received sms communication that my order was packed and ready to be handed over to their courier partner. Shortly after another sms came in that the order was now with their courier partner to be delivered. It is now the 3rd February 2021 and I still have not received my LTE. I found out today that the courier partner doesn't even have the router with them yet as Vodacom has not completed my address details on the package meaning they cannot pick it up yet. I have been calling Vodacom since Monday 1st February 2021 speaking to different people who have been assuring me that my parcel is coming tomorrow. I am getting really frustrated as there is no clear picture of what's happening and none of the staff seem to be able to give me clear answers on what is going on. I cannot believe a mere address that I have provided to them on the 27th of January 2021 is what's causing this delay. This is utterly disappointing and absolutely ridiculous. The 3 working days I was promised is now coming to an end and I still don't have the LTE. Now I have to find other means to be able to work from home when I had clearly said this when I was promised this LTE would be arriving in no time.
