LTE SIM card issue

I wrote a Hello Peter review on 25 March 2023 about Vodacom that sent our company a LTE router without a SIM card. An agent form Vodacom came back to me and eventually sent a SIM card via courier. The SIM card was not activated and after 5 phone calls to Vodacom Business there is again no one that can assist. It seems we will have to start this 3 month process all over again!
