LTE not working on S6, despite it being an LTE enabled device. Being given run-around by Vodacom.

On 16th June, 2016 I visited the Vodacom datastore in Bayside Mall, Tableview. A gentleman tried to help me access LTE on my S6 device but could not understand why it would not connect as all the settings on my device are correct. He told me to call 082111 he concluded that it was a problem with LTE not being enabled on my account.

I called Vodacom (082111) from within the store and after a labyrinth of menus, the first caller said she would send me an SMS that would apply settings to my phone and 4G/LTE would then appear on reboot. When I came off the call, I saw that I had only received instructions as to how to apply LTE settings to the device, which myself and the Vodacom rep in the store had already ascertained were correct.

Frustrated I called 082111 again, and went through a multitude of menus to get to speak to a real person. They told me that they could see that only 3G had been made available on my account and would apply new settings on their system. I felt relieved though doubtful that this was the case. I was told to wait 24 hours and 4G/LTE would be available. This was at 2pm on 16th. I can still only connect on H+ on a strong signal, as I could before, even though another device on my possession can always connect at 4G. At this point I was connecting at 2mb/sec, whereas my older S5 was connecting on LTE at 30mb/sec.

I want Vodacom to stop giving me the run-around. I've had this account for most of a decade and can connect on 4G on an S5, why can I not connect on this S6?
