LTE Internet speed between 0 and 2 Mbs

Over the last couple of weeks, my LTE Internet connection went from between 35 to 50 Mbs to between 1 and 9Mbs. Most of the time my browser refuse to open. It took me 5 tries to open the helopeter website. I'm using my internet connection for normal PC work as well as streaming. Yesterday Vodacom told me: "As per feedback on ref *** that was provided by our Network Team there are new towers planned to improve signal in the area and there is no time frame for completion due to 3rd party involvement." When asked how it's possible to go from 40Mbs to 0 the following answer was given: "Regrettably, Jurie, our feedback remains the same. Please advise how you would like to proceed." This answer borders on being sarcastic. Thank you, Vodacom for charging me for a service that is not provided!!
