Lte false advertising.

Zero stars. False advertising. I signed a contract for a 600gb LTE line. Was told that the 30mbps speed is up to 400gb. Which after it downgrades to a lower speed which is advertised as 4mbps. It's actually 1mbps.

After paying for three months. The contract is now just changed because they decided to change the contracts. To only 150gb at the signed speed selected and then it goes to 1mbps. Meaning I am paying for 150gb a month. I find that Vodacom falsely advertises contract to keep you using them and then tales away any benefits you received from them.

Knowing full well I am struggling financially. Maybe it's just not worth trying to pay them for pathetic promises about the lies they tell us when we sign contracts. I asked for the terms and they cannot provide me with them. Finally last week after weeks of searching I find these "new" terms online. So honestly who is cheating and lying about just changing the contract as they please. Their staff is not able to help you properly and isn't informed about their offers or terms of the offer. And when they don't feel like it just put the phone down in your ear.

Honestly it's a disgrace the major cooperations sell things to us with false advertising and the public is just left paying the bill.
