LTE application declined due to Vodacom error

Where to begin.. A number of years back I signed up for a 10/5Mbps fibre line. Hassle free for a number of years. Then Open Serve decided to increase line speeds and do away with basic options. Related correspondence of 40/20 line is received from Vodacom, but that the rate would would remain the same. End of month increased rate was charged so I contacted customer support to get this corrected and short paid as per rate I should have been charged. In summary after 2 months of back and forth I was finally credited after being told that I received the wrong information. Sorry not my fault! February arrives and again line speed options change to 50/25! I contact Vodacom again and say this is not suitable. More back and forth and they suggest I rather cancel the fibre line and opt for LTE. I do that, giving the required month calendar notice. Now to start the application for LTE. Usual process but am told its been approved with condition. I must pay in R10 475 - which FYI is the entire contract fee! 2 weeks go by with me contacting numerous Vodacom departments, speaking to countless consultants (each time explaining from the beginning!). I am then referred to TransUnion as my credit profile has been flagged. Spend another few hours back and forth only to be told VODACOM have flagged me twice as a late payer! 1) June 2023 - this was the issue I spoke of above - so I was not at fault! 2) February R19.10 airtime advance which i know nothing about! BTW many years back my debit order did not go off over Easter weekend and they converted me to cash customer so I pay via EFT. A credit is then passed for R19.32 (which I also know nothing about) so as per a number of consultants my account is FINE. 3 weeks later and I am told my LTE application has been declined due to 2 x "missed payments". How does that even make sense?! Note the credit flagging also remains on my profile for 5 years - no one can tell me how to get this resolved. BEYOND FRUSTRATED!
