LTE and 3g missing after changing to prepaid

<p>I changed from contract to prepaid. Since the change I only have hsdpa connection on my phone, no lte or 3G.</p> <p>I returned to the Vodacom shop in Monument park and they activated the lte on their system.</p> <p>I waited a few hours, rebooted the phone and nothing changed.</p> <p>Went back to Vodacom Monument Park and they told me to see a technician at Brooklyn branch. Technician at brooklyn branch said the problem is not the phone but vpn/apn settings on my profile.</p> <p>Back at Monument Park branch the consultant was not enthusiastic about helping me, showing me how he turns the lte and internet settings off and back on again on the system that displays an error message when he tries to submit the changes. Not offering any potential solutions, just telling me there's nothing he can do.</p> <p>During the last few days I called 111 five times. 2 times i was told to hold while they transfer me then they disconnect the call so I have to call again. Three times I spoke to two people on the 111 number, one managed to send the apn settings to my phone. Which did nothing because those settings are allready correct on the phone. The two ladies I spoke to, Palesa and Beauty were really friendly... But not helpful at all.</p> <p>How many times will I have to wait an hour or two, reboot my phone only to find nothing has been resolved?</p>
