Loyalty will get you nowhere with Vodacom

Vodacom staff is *********** and really should just start invest in more training who hire people who are capablein doing their job as required. I have been trying to cancel my contract since February 2020, I was told my last payment will be 1st of April 2020 but guess what!! I still get invoices for payment, it has effected my credit score. I have spoken to numerous consultants to try and get this sorted, asked for reference number its really upsetting. Vodacom as a whole is useful and I regret ever giving them the benefit of the doubt after my first bad experience with them.
