Loyalty means nothing

I am so disappointed in Vodacom. I have been a customer for over 10 years and the service I received of late was the absolute worst! I upgraded two of my lines online on Sunday, only to be told on Monday when I called in that there is a backlog. I called again on Tuesday when my order was finally confirmed that it has been processed only to be told it will take to 3 to 5 business days? My second line didn't have stock of the phone apparently even though online indicated there was stock and I still received an email stating the order is confirmed. I had to phone in to get this information and I had to request a swop. No one from Vodacom bothered to phone me. Yet, you call to harass me to upgrade my line and when I do this is the service I get. I am beyond upset actually and have no idea when either my phones will arrive to ensure that I am home on that day.

Okay so Vodacom called me yesterday - nothing has happened since. On top of that, Vodacom provided a number that is not the number I upgraded!!! How unorganised are you? I am actually beyond angry and this kind of service is pathetic. Not to mention the second upgrade was only confirmed this morning and who knows when that will be delivered and if they have the correct contact number.

Dear Vodacom,

Yes they were delivered after phoning your line several times and RAM several times. Customers should know this is a 5 business day process. You WILL NOT get your phone any sooner.

I am beyond disappointed. The only company that went out of their way was RAM and that was due to your own mistake!
