Loyal Vodacom Custome needs HELP!!!

This is most probably the worst customer service I have experienced ever. After numerous calls and attempts to get my accounts sorted I am stil where I was 6 months ago. The only answer I get is " sir...you signed the contract". After basically begging to get some of my contracts to be cancelled (after it was due for an update) I am stil paying for these, worst part is that I am now paying almost three times more than what I used to pay. As I am writing this, I am on the line with the call centre 082135...and all I hear...I will have to look into it...Vodacom is "*****ing" my money and no one seems to care about it...can someone please give me some advise on how to get my mone back and get these contracts cancelled ...being a loyal customer for more than 20yrs should count for something...

Just got off the phone (after 2hrs 1m in 20secs) with the Vodacom customer care centre (082135) without any luck whatsoever...not even the superviser (Phillip) I spoke to could assist. The answer I got was " you should go back to the store where you signed the contract"...how do I prevent them from taking more of my money and pay back what they have already taken...surely I am not the only customer with this issue...are there any other platforms to highlight this complaint...can I take legal steps...do I have to open a case at my local police station...any advise please

So...I just got a call from Vodacom and just like all the other calls all I get is...I hear what you say sir...it is sad that big companies like these get away with "*****ing" money from customers the way they do...it's easy to say "you signed the contract"...yes I signed the contract...however I signed the contract based on the guidance and recommendations from the Vodacom consultant / representative....shouldn't he/she then be held accountable...
