Loyal Customer now moving to Cell C!

I have been a Vodacom customer all my life and have been on pre-paid now for the last 2 years. I wanted to go back onto contract and gave all my details over the phone only to be told i do not meet the criteria!!! My credit rating is 100% i dont have any other accounts and have never had an issue before. I will be moving over to Cell C to get new phone and its also cheaper with them so bonus!
