Loyal Customer - Huge Disappointment !!!!!!

I required an upgrade with Vodacom. 20th March i called in the Vodacom upgrades department to order a Samsung S4 mini handset on a Uchoose R200 top up that amounts to R229.00 per month.<br> <br> I spoke t0 Patricia Khumalo who advised me that the cell was limited and that the color i required being black was not in stock, she advised that i will be placed on a back order for the cell to which i agreed as my contract ends in June 2015 and it was March 2015. Reference no: ***0 and upgrade no being U790504.<br> <br> On the 23 March 2015, i spoke to call agent Oscar Shirindza, who advised me that the cellphone is still being ordered and that he assured me that i will receive an S4 mini in the 1st week of April 2015 and that Samsung warehouse for Vodacom will receive stock by then. Reference no provided for this call is ***7, upgrade no: U791317.<br> <br> i called again 4&7 April and was advised the cell is not in stock as yet. I called 26 April and i advised the agent of the problem, i advised that if i cannot get the S4 mini, i inturn due to contract being extended without me receiving the cell, i should receive the new A3 at R229pm on the same plan.
