Low 4G/5G Vodacom Signal in Upington
Low Vodacom 4G/5G signal in my area from 28 March 2026 in Upington From last Friday the 4G & 5G signal in my area in Upington is so low it can be described as edge or 3G. Contacted 2 Vodacom shops in Upington and they said there was nothing wrong. Open a service ticket at Vodacom still waiting (waiting period 4 working days). 2 Devices was also reset on Vodacom's side, it did not work, It can either be cell tower or Vodacom itself that's doing upgrading and not telling the public what is going on, This is not how things should be done to persons on a contract, Very poor service from Vodacom. PLEASE NO CALL CENTERS, THEY ARE USELESS
