Lost Phone at vodacom repair centre ( Bouleverd)

<p>Hi.</p> <p>On 4 August 2016 my friends' cellphone (Sumsang A3 galaxy, black) was delivered by Ram couriers at Vodacom Bouleverd where it was received and signed for by Solly. Today it's the 31 August 2016, 30 days later and my friends' phone hasn't been repaired, she has called vodacom a several times to track progress on her phone but she was told that her phone can not be located. can we please understand what is she supposed to do because that is her only phone and her simcard is also inside the phone.</p> <p>Vodacom customer centre has failed to assist her in this matter.</p>
