lost phone

My Sony Z3 is an contract phone, and went in for repairs. After 3 weeks I contact vodacom and they told me that they lost my phone but I must give them a week. After a week I contact them again they told me I can come collect the Z3 phone, it is not new but in the same condition as my previous phone. When I arrived there they wanted to give me a Sony Z1 compact. I was unhappy and return empty handed back. This morning they told me they don't find Z3 anymore so they wil give me a Sony Z1 compact because they can't find a Z3 Sony. I booked my phone the 7 Oct in and I am still waiting!!!! I am very discust with Vodacom!!
