Lost phone

<p>About a year ago I dropped a phone off at the Vodashop in Kenilworth but didn't have it repaired because i couldn't afford it, recently I went back there to get the phone back and i was told that the phone won't be given back to me because it's been too long and it has been broken up and used for parts, I understand if it's part of the terms and conditions as the manager has explained to me but at the time of dropping the phone none of this was told to me and nothing was given to me to read through. The manager promised to email the repair centre and get back to me within 24 hours but that hasn't happened either and I'm rather disappointed in the lack of interest that the consultant and manager is showing in this issue.</p>
