Lost phone

I took y phone for repairs at Vodacom repairs Alberton on the 31/07/16, the screen was partly dark. It had a small crack previously but was in a good working condition until the night where there was severe lightning while my phone was in a charger, which i think was the cause. I will have to pay R1200 since the phone was cracked.I asked the consultant how long will they allow me to release the phone, she said within 3 months.By the end of Sept i was there to release my phone. The lady called Lumka looked for my phone unsuccesfully for 2 hours.Shaun Gibbons the manager called me to break the news that my phone is lost and he will order a new phone for me. And to remind me that i still have to pay R1200 .Since then i am send from pillar to post.Nobody calls unless i call.I was there on Saturday 08/10/16 the power was off in the area, but the staff was inside.I then asked one of the guys inside to call Shaun for me. I was told he was sleeping with so much arrogance i told him to wake him up.Eventually i got access in and i asked about the progress of the new phone. he said he will give me feedback on Monday. They gave a lousy loan phone, which i decided not to use.Today is monday im calling and he is off sick.I am helped by another Manager.Few minutes i am getting a call from another lady (assuming is on management team) asking if i had an insurance. It looks like they are trying to run away from the fact that my phone got lost due to their negligence because how do you loose a phone that is not dispatched on the system.Their service is extremely annoying. The arrogancy is just on another level.I am so upset.
