LOST phone

I have previously lodged a complain with vodacom and to date my complain has not been resolved instead the gentlemen by the name of Allister is ignoring my email and he is taking me from pillar to post.<br> <br> i really need urgent help on my lost cell phone of which have been paying insurance for and i am not getting joy from vodacom.<br> <br>
