Lost phone
I took my phone in to to be repaired at one of the Vodacom outlets in Alberton City on the 22nd July 2015. The screen was cracked and was told that the screen had to be ordered. This was supposed to be a couple of days yet since then I have been to the store twice this week and was told that the phone is not in their shop. The first time was on Tuesday and the one woman looked and called another branch or a service center and was not able to locate my phone. Today again I went to fetch it so that I can take it elsewhere to get it fixed while I wait, the person at the till, Martha, took my slip and kept helping customers behind me cos she felt they couldn't wait but somehow I could wait. I'm at a loss for words for the horrifying service and the fact that the technician does not work there anymore therefore my phone has gone missing. Ive tried calling customer service for assistance even that line is automated and I cant get through to a human being who has a brain or the ability to to assist. Its amazing how a service provider does not concern themselves with customer's property and the service they deliver. I'm losing business by the day because I don't have my phone.
