Lost free airtime.

<p>Ever tried to lodge a complaint with Vodacom ?</p> <p>Go to your closest Vodashop and tell them your complaint . They will tell you to phone their Customer Care line 111.</p> <p>Phone Customer care , still not satisfied. Ask them for an Email address so that you can complain by email. They will tell you " complainvodacom.co.za ." This will be followed up by an SMS alnost immediately.</p> <p>Set out you email concisely .Enter the addressee and press the send button.</p> <p>Immediately bounces back as addressee incorrect.</p> <p>Go into Vodacom website and look for an email address. Ther is none.</p> <p>Go back to Customer Care line and ask them again. They say ...go into their website and check .You tell them that there is nothing there. Hold while they check . They come back and agree . What now . They say phone Vodacom HO.</p> <p>Hold on a bit. Lets try sending the carefully composed email to ***. Comes up as ********** Press send button.</p> <p>Five minutes later get a response saying "Please send your Service Request Reference Number . Where do you get that from ??</p> <p>Try sending your email to ********** , press send button.</p> <p>You now wait , and wait some more.</p> <p>Four days later still waiting . Nothing heard from Vodacom .</p> <p>All this to get the R300.00 free airtime that we were initially offered on buying a prepaid smart phone from Vodacom .</p>
