Lost for words
I'm in awe of Vodacom, I have no words to describe the disappointment of how they deal with people and complaint handling. All I can say is NEVER make the mistake of taking any contract with Vodacom because they will hand you over after your contract term, block your number and not even care about the repurcussions of their staff's incompetence on your life and credit record.
