LOST DOCUMENTS WILL ALL MY PERSONAL AND BUSINESS INFO

Tried to change from personal contract to business contract. 1st called call centre to get info to change. Advised me to go to vodacom shop-Vodacom -4-U in Kolonade. Poor info by call centre had to go back a second time. 4 weeks after I submitted documents no joy, account not been changed and all documents lost with personal and businesses info. Called the manager Kenny 4 times and left messages but dit not come back to me. Totally unacceptable that no one take responsibility in a sorry- to- hear society . Its sad that a big company will always get away with pathetic service because of monopoly.
