Lost data bundles

I have been with Vodacom for more than 10years with multiple contracts.In all these years we had our challenges but the good thing is that we were always able to solve them amicably.Sometime in July,there was a problem with one of the phones that's being used by my sister***),the bundles were just disappearing without her using them.We had encountered the same problem before with my daughter\'s phone and it was rectified and she was also compensated for that.This time around it took forever for the problem to be sorted
