Lost call recording

I called 111 and spoke to an agent with regards to a third party wasp debiting money from my account. The man I spoke to advised me that my account would not be debited the R10 per day subscription as it was a data line and there was no monies to be debited. On the 1st of this month (January 2018) my bill showed a charge of R40 extra. When I checked the bill for (February) to be debited on the 1st of March the bill was R320 over the amount that I normally pay for my contract. On the 4th of February 2018, I called 111 again to check why my bill was so high and I was informed that I had a R10 a day subscription that debited money from my contract. In total, R360 has been charged to my account and when I made and inquiry with regards to this matter, I was informed that NO CALL LOG was shown, neither were there any calls made from my number relating to third party wasps. I spoke to Patrick who is a supervisor at the Vodacom Call Centre in Johannesburg and he advised me that nothing could be done because there is no proof that I called in. I asked if he could pull up my itemized billing to see that a call was made or that it would show on the system what my query was about and he said he would get back to me. He did respond but advised me that there was no history of me calling in with a third party wasp query. I called in today, 8th of February and I asked if he could check with the other numbers related to my contract or go back further than December 2017 as I had called in numerous times with regards to third party wasps and still nothing has been done about this bill. I feel that the fault lies with the call centre agent who handled my initial query. He advised me that no money would be debited from my account as it was a data line, had he done his job correctly and told me that I would be debited if these subscription messages popped up, I would have made a more concerted effort to get the subscription cancelled sooner. I would like Vodacom to find this recording and reprimand the agent who gave me inaccurate information as he may have done this to other customers as well. Also, this bill should be paid by Vodacom as it was because of their ***********, inadequately trained staff that I am left in this predicament.
