Lost bank statements

I went to the Vodacom Data Store in Tyger Valley to apply for a contract for my business. On Tuesday 21 July 2015 I handed in the application with the sales agent, who checked that I gave him all the relevant documents (including the bank statements). When I went in on Thursday to find out what was happening with the application I was told that I never handed them the bank statements or it was missing by Lucien, but the sales agent checked that I handed in all the documents. I have been busy with Colleen Wilson trying to get an explanation and apology from the store manager/owner however now I've been told for the first time that the bank statements were shredded after scanning but the rest of the application was kept in tact and when I went in to check on the Thursday they expected to find the bank statements with the rest of the application, so clearly shredding the bank statements is not usual protocol.<br> All that I'm waiting for is an apology and reason from the manager/owner with regards to this matter. I have other gripes with this contract as well but unfortunately the space is not enough.
